1. About quality issues

Ceramics belong to handicrafts, which are fired at high temperature. Bubbles, small black spots and other defects on the surface are purely normal process phenomena and cannot be completely avoided! If you mind, please shoot carefully. Thank you for your understanding!

2. About freight

The freight is borne by the customer. The above prices do not include freight, tax and wooden frame fee. If the quantity is large, the default is to send logistics; if the quantity is small, the default is to send express, and the freight is paid on arrival; For freight details, please consult customer service.

3. About bargaining

We don't accept any form of negotiation. Thank you for your understanding.

4. About delivery time

Ceramic packaging is time-consuming and laborious. Please understand that the goods will be delivered within 48 hours after the order is placed and paid in stock. The general production cycle without stock is about 15-20 days. Please contact the customer service for details. Thank you.

5. About receiving

If any problem is found within 48 hours after signing, please take photos immediately and contact our customer service personnel for treatment. If it is overdue, it will not be handled. Thank you for your cooperation! Ceramic products are fragile. Bumps and damages during delivery are normal. Under reasonable circumstances, we will replenish the goods and send the freight on arrival.

6. About missing and wrong hair

We have three procedures to check the delivery, and there is almost no missing or wrong delivery. Please be careful when unpacking. Find all the babies before throwing them away. In case of missing delivery, please keep all packaging and contact customer service within 48 hours after signing.
